Terms

Terms of service for Luna Loyalty

Effective Date: 4 October 2026

Welcome to Luna Loyalty. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luna Loyalty platform ("the Platform"), operated by Elliott Digital Solutions LTD trading as Luna Loyalty ("we", "us", or "our"), as well as your participation in the individual digital loyalty schemes operated by our partner venues ("Venues").

By creating a Luna Loyalty account or participating in any Venue's reward scheme through our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. How the Platform works (the shared account model)

Luna Loyalty provides the technical infrastructure that allows independent hospitality venues to run their own digital loyalty programmes.

  • One global account: When you register, you create a single Luna Loyalty account (your email and password). This global account allows you to join multiple different reward schemes at various participating Venues without needing to create new logins or download multiple apps.
  • Independent Venue cards: While you use one login, each Venue’s loyalty scheme operates entirely independently. Stamps, points, or rewards earned at one Venue cannot be transferred to, combined with, or redeemed at another Venue.
  • No native app required: Luna Loyalty is a web-first platform accessed via your device’s browser or by adding your digital card to Google Wallet. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or older browser versions.

2. Eligibility and account security

  • Age restriction: Because the vast majority of our partner Venues are licensed premises, you must be strictly 18 years of age or older to create a Luna Loyalty account. We, or the Venue, reserve the right to verify your age at the point of scanning or redemption.
  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Non-transferable: Your account, and any digital stamp cards within it, are for your personal use only. You may not share your login details or pool stamps with friends or family members.

3. Venue reward schemes (tenant terms)

When you join a specific Venue’s rewards scheme, you are entering into a direct relationship with that Venue regarding the fulfilment of those rewards.

  • Venue rules: Each Venue sets its own rules regarding how stamps are earned (e.g., minimum spend, qualifying drinks) and what the rewards are. These rules are at the sole discretion of the Venue.
  • Scanning and reward hours: A Venue may set the days and times when stamps can be collected and free rewards can be used. Outside those times its staff can’t scan cards or accept rewards. The times are shown on your card in the app.
  • Right of refusal: The issuing of stamps and the redemption of rewards are subject to the Venue’s standard right of admission and service. Venue management and bar staff reserve the right to refuse service, withhold stamps, or decline a reward redemption in accordance with their licensing obligations (e.g., if a patron is intoxicated or abusive).
  • Modifications and scheme closure: Venues reserve the right to alter their reward criteria, change the rewards offered, or terminate their loyalty scheme entirely at any time. If a Venue closes down or ceases to use the Luna Loyalty platform, any unredeemed stamps or rewards for that specific Venue will be forfeited.
  • Expiring rewards: A Venue may choose to make its free rewards expire if they are not used within a set number of months. This only applies to rewards earned after the Venue turns it on. Your digital card shows the date by which each reward must be used, and we will email you a reminder 7 days before it expires.
  • Platform liability: Luna Loyalty is not responsible for a Venue's failure or refusal to honour earned rewards, nor are we liable for any financial loss or disappointment resulting from a Venue modifying or closing its scheme.

Other rewards, items, tiers and referrals

Some Venues offer more than a free pint. Each of these is off unless the Venue turns it on, and only after its licensee has checked these terms. Your card shows which ones a Venue offers.

  • Choosing a reward: A Venue may let you swap some of your stamps for one of its listed rewards (for example a soft drink, food, a discount or merchandise) instead of saving them for a free pint. The stamps are taken from your card when you choose, and you can’t swap the reward back for stamps. A chosen reward is ready to use after the same wait as a free pint (at least 24 hours), can be used only in the Venue’s reward hours, needs a confirmed email address, and follows the Venue’s expiry rules. Your card shows the date by which it must be used; the 7-day reminder email covers free pints only.
  • Food and other items: A Venue may give stamps for food or other items it lists, as well as for drinks. Those stamps count on your card like any other, under the same Venue rules and daily limits. A food or other item is never itself given as a free pint.
  • Tiers: A Venue may name levels (for example “Regular”) that you reach by visiting on a number of different days over a set period. A tier is recognition only: its perks never include alcohol, extra drinks or stamps, and a tier never rewards drinking more or drinking within a set time. Visits are counted by day, so several rounds on one day count once. A tier can change as old visits fall outside the period.
  • Referrals: A Venue may give you one stamp when a friend joins its scheme from your invite link and their first round has been recorded and not undone. Inviting yourself, or an account or email address you already use, does not count. Each Venue caps how many referral stamps you can receive in a calendar month; friends who join after you reach the cap are still welcome but earn you nothing that month.
  • Changes: A Venue may change or withdraw these features at any time under “Modifications and scheme closure” above. A reward you have already chosen stays on your card until it is used or expires.

4. Acceptable use and anti-fraud

To protect the integrity of the Platform and our partner Venues, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to fraudulently generate stamps, manipulate your balance, or duplicate digital cards.
  • Interfere with the web application, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or bypass our security measures (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension and termination: We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to suspend or permanently terminate your global Luna Loyalty account, or your access to a specific Venue's card, if we or the Venue suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is important to us. Information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and how responsibilities are divided between Luna Loyalty and the Venues, is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Service availability: While we strive for high uptime, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable if you are unable to collect a stamp or redeem a reward due to network outages, server downtime, or a Venue's temporary lack of internet access.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Elliott Digital Solutions LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Platform or a Venue's rewards scheme.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, the law, or our business model. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
