Your pint card, on your phone.
If your local runs its rewards on Luna, your stamp card lives on your phone and in your account. It can't go through the wash, and it's there whenever you're at the bar.
Getting started
From the bar to your phone
Scan the code
Look for the code on the bar, a poster or your table. Point your phone camera at it.
Join
Add your name, email, a password and your date of birth. We ask for your date of birth to check you're 18 or over. Offers by email are up to you.
Keep your card handy
Your card opens in your phone's browser. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen. On Android you can also save it to Google Wallet.
Show it at the bar
Open your card when you order. Staff scan it and add a stamp for each paid pint.

Your free pint unlocks on your next visit
When your card fills up, a free pint appears on it. It can be used from 24 hours later (your pub may set a longer wait), so it's there for next time.
Why a password?
It lets you sign in on any phone, straight away. Forgotten it? Ask for a reset link by email, or for a one-off sign-in link instead.
The code keeps changing
The code on your card changes regularly, and each one works once. That's normal: it stops anyone collecting stamps with an old picture of your card.
Who runs what
Your pub runs the offer. Luna runs the card.
You'll see your pub's name and colours on the card, with “powered by Luna” underneath. The pub decides the rewards; we keep the card working and your details safe.

Good to know
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free.
What phone do I need?
Any smartphone with a web browser. On Android you can also keep the card in Google Wallet; Apple Wallet isn't supported yet.
I've got a new phone. Have I lost my stamps?
No. Your stamps are saved to your account, not your phone. Open your pub's rewards page and sign in with your email and password. Please don't join again. See Support if you're stuck.
How do I leave and delete my details?
Ask your pub: they can delete your details. Or email [email protected] from the address you joined with and we'll remove you. If you saved the card to Google Wallet, you can remove it there at any time.
